Abbie is the proud owner of Gray & Graham salon. She has been in the industry since 2003 and is a graduate of Aveda Institute Covington. She has a strong commitment to providing exceptional service in a relaxing environment to our clients. She has a passion for growing stylists careers and celebrating their every success along the way. Abbie lives in historical Madisonville with her two boys Grayson and Graham.
She is excited to be able to bring luxury hair care to the town that she loves and calls home.
Kelly graduated from the Aveda Institute Covington in September 2010. Since then she has continued to further her education. Kelly is certified in Invisible Bead Extensions & is a Redken certified colorist. She specializes in hand tied extensions, balayage, and blonding. She lives in Madisonville with her husband and baby girl.
Kelly's perfectionism coincides with her passion for creating a custom look for every guest. She enjoys getting to know each and every one of her clients. She values education and strives to stay on top of the latest trends. When she isn't working she spends time with her husband and two teenage children.
Megan graduated from Aveda, as an esthetician in 2011. She always had a love for makeup and helping others feel beautiful. Eyebrows are her FAVORITE! She was an Arch Expert for 5 years and has learned so much. She is so lucky to have the opportunity to wake up do something she loves everyday.
Lacy has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2003 when she graduated from the Baton Rouge Aveda Institute. She has a joyful personality and absolutely loves people and building their confidence. Lacy is a great listener who strives to excel at meeting her clients’ expectations! She loves doing highlights, color and cuts, including men and children.
She adores her husband, twin daughters and her son!
Jenny graduated from the Aveda institute in 2008. In 2010 she decided to put her career on hold and be a full time MOM. She is excited to pursue her passion and be back behind the chair again. When she is not at work she is usually on the ballfield or at her home in Madisonville with her husband and three kids.
Danielle has been a stylist for 4 years, she graduated from Aveda in 2016. She’s always had a passion for making her clients feel and look beautiful. From blowouts to balayage, Danielle is happy to be serving others and learning new and fresh ideas in the industry she loves. When she’s not at the salon she enjoys traveling and kayaking with her Fiancé and spending time with their
Molly has been in the industry for 15 years. She loves to build connections and friendships with her clients while also making them feel beautiful and comfortable. She was an Aveda educator for 4 1/2 years. She loves to learn and grow her knowledge while also sharing it with her peers. When she is not behind the chair she enjoys creating adventures with her 3 children.
Mandy has been a hairstylist for nine years and she was an educator at Aveda Institute for three. She went into this industry to help people feel beautiful and confident while connecting with her clients. She is very passionate and takes pride in her work. She is always continuing her education in order to stay up to date and to deliver her clients the best results. When she isn't doing what she loves at work, she likes to spend time with her husband and two children.
Tara began her career in 2007 when she attended the Aveda Institute Covington. She quickly realized she had a true passion for color. She has traveled around the coun try to educate herself in Vivid colors, she is a Redken Certified Colorist. Tara specializes in Vivids, reds, blondes, and color corrections. She has a keen eye for straight line bob cuts. She lives in Ponchatoula with her husband, three kids, and family dog, Gunner Bob.
Guest Happiness Coordinator
Macie is a part of our guest happiness team. and is currently enrolled at Vanguard College of Cosmetology pursuing her dream to become a hairstylist. She enjoys working in the salon atmosphere because she gets immediate gratification knowing someone leaving the salon is happier now than before they came in! She is all about clients feeling beautiful in their own skin, and knows that getting your hair done can redefine almost anyone. She will be graduating from school in February 2022 and cannot wait to be a full time stylist at Gray & Graham Salon.
Guest Happiness Coordinator
Katie absolutely loves seeing the before and after results of all the services we offer. She enjoys talking to each guest and building personal relationships with each and everyone. She is passionate about giving each guest the best experience. When Katie is not at the salon she enjoys spending time with her husband and 5 children.
