Abby Higgins

Hey, I’m Abby, the Operations Manager and Lead Front Desk here at Gray and Graham!

After graduating from Southeastern in December 2023, I began working part-time at Gray and
Graham. I quickly fell in love with the team, the clients, and the atmosphere. By April, I
transitioned into a full-time role as Operations Manager.

I love connecting with our clients, supporting our talented stylists, and having a front row seat to their growth and passion for their craft! I also enjoy keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes so our team can focus on creating beautiful hair and great experiences.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and going out on the boat with my
boyfriend.
