Gray and Graham Salon has updated our cancellation policy.
Effective January 1, 2023
- We require a credit card to book an appointment at Gray & Graham.
- All clients must give at least 48 hours notice if their appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled. This allows us to keep our stylist’s time booked as efficiently as possible while opening up any appointments that need to be canceled with the 48 hr notice.
- If your appointment is canceled with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the service that was scheduled.
- If you are a no call – no show you will be charged the total 100% of the reserved service amount.
